CUP&CINO is in this case the franchisor. We provide the concepts and with our know-how help you successfully start your own coffee house and remain successful for the long-term. From our side, we provide information about the concept, advice on location selection, investing, financing, personnel, marketing, training, product innovation, benchmarking. We also transfer our know-how in the form of a detailed handbook that documents the important points one must know for the successful operation of a coffee house. Because our concept is already successful in the market, we can provide many tips on how to avoid problems and quickly amortize your investment. Drawing on our experience from our current coffee houses, we are able to quickly recognize and resolve any weaknesses in our future partners. Because of our extensive experience, the risks associated with a franchise partnership are markedly less than with a stand-alone concept. Through bulk pricing and economies of scale, we also offer our franchisees better prices than other suppliers.
In this case, you would be the franchisee that manages the coffee house as an independent entrepreneur. Your responsibilities in this partnership are to select a location (with our help), provide financing, hire the personnel and manage the establishment according to the handbook. The goal of the partnership is for you to be able to concentrate on the important matters: your guests and your personnel. We support you in matters such as inventory, concept, marketing, and development.

What are the advantages of a partnership with CUP&CINO ?
The investment required for a fully outfitted coffee house is approximately € 1,200 per square meter, so 250 square meters would cost approximately € 300,000. From this amount you should provide at least € 100,000 of your own capital. The rest can be financed through other means, provided that collateral is available.
The entry fee for a CUP&CINO coffee house depends on the market potential. For this fee our consultants guide you in all matters and answer all questions concerning location selection, brokers, banking, financing and personnel.
This fee also covers the cost for full instruction in the franchising concept. For two to three weeks you and your future managers will visit various franchise partners. After you have hired your first employees, we will provide training at our head office. This training lasts one week and will cover communication, products, cash management, inventory and the handbook.
One week before the opening our two-person opening team will arrive to support your team in preparing for the opening and will remain on-site for the opening itself. After the opening one or two of our employees will stay for approximately a week to support the daily operations. After this point a consultant will visit you as needed every four to six weeks to discuss and optimize daily operations. During the preparation phase our responsibilities will be to plan the coffee house and make it fully operational. Even at this point you will already be saving money by using our modular system than if you did it by yourself.

In order to develop the skills of the Coffee house employees, the CUP&CINO head office is offering trainings for all the franchisees and their employees.
